Brendan Cleary | The Last Shoe Repair Man in Bray

This Exhibition, “The Last Shoe Repairman in Bray” is based on a college project focusing on Pat Vance of J and P Vance Shoe Repair. Pat has been an integral part of the Bray community and is beloved by all who enter his shop. Pat is full of stories and welcomes everyone into his shop with warmth. The project focuses on Pat and his trade on the Florence Road.
Brendan Cleary is a student photographer based currently in Greystones. Drawing inspiration from the greats such as Vivian Maier, Walker Evans, and Gordon Parks. Brendan has had a keen interest in street photography from the age of 16 working in both film and digital photography.
