A new body of work by artist Derval Freeman goes on exhibit at Signal Arts Centre running this August the 16th to the 29th. Titled, ‘A Way to Equilibrium’ her paintings began as a journey back into abstraction focusing on drawing, colour, shape and composition. Since graduating from Limerick School of Art and Design, Derval’s style has evolved over 25 years or more and her exhibition will showcase a significant change in her direction, especially over these past two years.
